It's to enable everyone in Aotearoa the freedom to live their lives knowing that if they need us, we'll be there.About the roleAs a Design and Implementation Senior Advisor you'll work across the Injury Prevention Team and wider ACC, and collaborate with customers and other key stakeholders, to design and deliver solutions that improve outcomes for people and reduce workplace harm.

What experience or skills do you need to be successful?
Ability to influence and strong stakeholder and relationship management experience
Public sector experience, including understanding government procurement processes and experience managing contractual relationships
Experience using behavioural change frameworks or models to inform the design of new or enhanced products and services
Experience using 'best practice' design and implementation approaches (including those for different populations such as Maori, Pasifika) to develop or enhance products and services
Proven problem solving through collaboration with others
Experience contributing to the development of business cases for investment, governance and reporting documents
A desire to learn through lean design processes, and work within an agile team to deliver valueWorking at ACC

An attractive salary $95,500 - $118,500k depending on experience,plus 9% super is on offer
