    Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

    We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to provide support and assistance to in the coordination and delivery of key programmes of work.

    A key component of this is successfully managing the interaction between the contractors, consultants and Kāinga Ora staff, systems and processes.

    This includes analysis and approval of work packages, reporting of project and programme parameters, quality assurance and risk and resource management within assigned projects.

    Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • Previous work experience in the construction field (advantageous)
  • Exposure to project and / or contract management, including reporting, project planning, and project management methodologies in managing project deliverables
  • Experience providing administrative support to large projects and across multiple teams
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
