What will you do?
We are seeking an experienced, full-time Site based Health and Safety Coordinator to work on our project in Lynfield - Murray Halberg Retirement Village.
You will report to the site based Health and Safety Advisor, and support our commitment to a positive safety culture. You will assist in driving a positive health and safety culture.
One that actively promotes healthy and safe environment for everybody on site.
You will :
Driving this by working in a collaborative way and encouraging the process of reporting and resolving issues
Identifying, reinforcing and engaging with workers on positive behaviors and actions
Involving other members of the site leadership team in these site walks where practical
Who are you?
The successful applicant will possess good communication skills, the ability to influence, persuade and guide people and an eye for detail.
You are reliable, self-motivated and enjoy managing a busy workload.
