    Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

    We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Intelligence Specialist to join our Wellington based team. In this role you'll be responsible for all things Power BI and self-service, charged with enabling anyone in the business to access data and make evidence-based decisions.

    You'll be responsible for driving adoption of our self-service tools though community-based interactions as well as delivering strategic outcomes.

    You'll build rich stakeholder networks to understand the needs of the business and growing analyst community, whilst incorporating those needs into roadmaps and wider cross-functional changes like Governance.

    Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • Previous experience in supporting the lifecycle of an analytical tool.
  • Proven history in being able to teach and explain analytical concepts.
  • Previous experience uplifting the capability of a community of users.
  • In depth understandings of data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with BI tools especially Oracle databases, ODI, OBIEE and Power BI
  • Understanding of the use of Big Data, machine intelligence and other emerging trends and technologies in the marketplace
