Auckland Live presents events across Auckland’s major performing arts venues and stadiums - Aotea Centre, Auckland Town Hall, The Civic, Aotea Square, Bruce Mason Centre, Mt Smart Stadium, QBE Stadium, Western Springs Stadium, Shed 10 and Queens Wharf.
Auckland Live is seeking Event Services Attendants who are at the heart of the live experience duties will include ushering in our theatres, serving food and beverages, selling programmes and show merchandise and helping ensure our customers have an unforgettable night out.
He kōrero mōu : About youThe successful applicant will have enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent customer service as well as good social skills and a caring attitude towards the well-being of patrons.
You will have the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure and have the ability to relate well to people from varied backgrounds.
Your high standard of grooming and presentation will be honed through your customer service experience, with experience in hospitality being a bonus.
Ideally, you will also have an interest in live arts and entertainment.Ngā āhuatanga kei a mātou : What we offerThese are casual roles, working as and when required.
You will need to be available to cover a minimum of 3 shifts per week on a casual basis, including weekdays, Saturday and Sunday, and public holidays.
If you are chosen to proceed to the assessment day, you will need to complete e-learning modules on personal presentation and product knowledge.
To complete these modules, you must have access to a PC or tablet, a broadband internet connection and headphones or speakers.
They will take a maximum of one hour to complete. These modules must be completed prior to assessment day or you will not be able to participate.
You must be available to attend an assessment session during the afternoon / evening of Tuesday 28th Jan in Auckland Central.
If you are offered a position you must be able to complete e-learning modules and be available for training sessions as below.
