About this opportunity

The role of Administrator - Premium Collection will be responsible for the effective and efficient administration of all financial aspects for employer groups and members at Southern Cross Health Society.

This will be a 6 month fixed term position.

This role will involve working closely with Group contacts and / or the Southern Cross Account Managers / Advisers as appropriate to resolve complex billing arrangements and queries.

In addition, a strong focus on debt management is a key element of this role.

As part of our Premium & Policy Services team your overall responsibility will be ensuring timely and accurate billing and facilitating automated and seamless payments from customers day to day.

About you :

  • Strong telephone skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Competent in using MS office suite of products (Word, Excel etc.)
  • Financial acumen and business decision making
  • Openness to agility in a fast-changing environment
  • Administration and / or Customer Service experience, including outbound calling
  • Experience in financial management and reconciling of accounts
  • Experience in debt management and collection
