Specific examples of the deliverables of this role are; resource tracking and allocation for projects and development work, liaison with HR for staff and contractor recruitment, liaison with Finance and Procurement for purchase orders, capex, opex requests, liaison with vendors and suppliers for procurement and order tracking.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter that is responsible for owning and managing the administrative and logistical functions required to keep the Practice running smoothly by freeing up senior staff to focus on revenue generating activities.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership : Ownership and management of administrative tasks required to keep the Practice functioning.
Maintenance and reporting of resource forecasts and requests against actual usage to ensure customer proposals, implementations and product initiatives can be delivered in a timely manner by Practice staffWorking with vendors and Vodafone NZ Finance with regards to raising, approval and tracking of purchase orders from quote through to delivery and signoffLiaison with HR, recruitment providers, contractors and employees to recruit, extend and terminate permanent and contract staff for the PracticeManagement of travel, logistical and other administrative tasks for Practice staff as required.
This includes reviewing and maintaining Practice, Contracted and Vendor Staff physical, network and application accessLiaison with other Vodafone NZ Practices, teams and departments to ensure availability of resources and equipment required by the Practice to deliver platforms and servicesCore competencies, knowledge and experiencePrevious experience in a role that requires a high degree of coordination and / or business administration.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Excellent organisational skills and proactive management of staff and resources.
Ability to multi-task and handle pressure, conflicting priorities, excellent personal communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
