  • As our Practice Manager, you will provide operational leadership to one of our Business Support Services teams in Wellington.

    You will have your own portfolio of business groups to provide administrative support for, you will working closely and collaboratively with the Manager Business Support Services and the other Practice Managers to ensure seamless support to all of our business groups.

    In this role you will build strong, effective relationships across the business, ensuring the right resources are allocated to support our people to deliver excellent service.

    You will be a flexible and adaptable manager who can work well in an agile and ever changing environment. Ko wai tēnei About you To be successful in this role, you will need :

  • Proven experience in a people leadership and management role, with experience in developing, leading and coaching a team in a large complex organisation
  • Strong ability to lead administrative support functions across multiple team environments
  • An innovative approach to problem solving
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A collaborative working style and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability and confidence to build strong relationships, particularly with Senior ManagersYou will work alongside a supportive, highly engaged and driven team - a place where you will be valued for your contribution.
