    The Recruitment Team Leadis part of the People and Culture team which is committed to providing thehighest quality people and culture services.

    Our dedicated and professional team of specialists work in the areas ofHuman Resources, Recruitment, Safety, Wellbeing and OrganisationalDevelopment.

    Lead the recruitmentfunction for the Wise Group and draw on your in-depth recruitment experienceand your passion for best practice to enhance our recruitment approach.

    Youwill work across the Wise Group to ensure consistency, and a high standard ofrecruitment support. A forward-thinker,you bring ideas to help us to attract and select top quality candidates, evenin a tight market.

    Ultimately, you will be responsible for driving allrecruitment related projects to ensure we are delighting not only our entities,but all candidates who engage with our organisation.

    This is a full-time role working 40 hours perweek.

    Ideally you’llhave a deep understanding of all things recruitment (preferably in-houserecruitment), sourcing and leadership.

    You’re someonewho believes in possibilities, a true problem solver who is gritty enough topersevere when it gets tough.
