Your key responsibilities
Work with diverse teams across the business to win, design, plan, and deliver projects to help clients solve some of their most challenging problems
Manage your own and / or team performance to achieve a high standard of client service
Connect with our local and global financial services network to understand and customise our sector-specific solutions, share knowledge and draw on the skills of other EY subject matter specialists
Effectively communicate and develop relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across all levels
Skills and attributes for success
2+ years’ experience in financial services, either within a consulting firm or major financial institution, specifically in one or more of the following areas : Risk (including but not limited to credit and operational risk, specifically across 1st 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defence) Compliance (specifically financial crime, conduct and prudential regulation) Technology (build and run) Data and analytics Sales and distribution Product management (such as transactional banking, retail and commercial lending, life and general insurance) Middle or back-office functions Finance Treasury Actuarial Project / programme management
Degree in Finance, Commerce, Law, Technology, Data Science or similar
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ideally, you’ll also have
Intrinsic self-motivation skills combined with a positive attitude and drive
A consulting mind-set, comfortable navigating through periods of ambiguity and change
