Pact is currently looking for 2 permanent full time Community Support Workers to work in our intellectual disability residential service in Dunedin.
The Role
This role is very specific as it requires you to work awake overnight shifts, from the hours of 11 : 00pm to 9 : 00am. You will be expected to support our clients if they are to wake up during the night.
We have 2 shifts available, 4 nights from Sunday to Thursday, and 3 nights from Thursday to Sunday. Previous professional experience in the intellectual disability field will be an advantage, however this is not required.

You will have the chance to train and gain further education on the job, which then enhances your own worth within in the organisation.
Our starting rate is $23 an hour and in increments increase to $27.43 after completing your Career Force levels, which is on the job based training.
We offer a lot of training within in the job to ensure you have the skills to be the best support person within Pact.
