We are looking for an exceptional Supply Chain Manager. This is an important and exciting role in our business which focuses on leading and developing a team of four supply chain professionals, overseeing and delivering a world class Supply Chain service that is efficient and cost effective and delivers useful, timely and accurate information to enable the various stakeholders to lead and manage the business effectively.
Key Responsibilities : Lead and develop the Supply Chain team to achieve financial budgets, inventory profile targets, operational planning and superior customer serviceManage the supply planning process, through the effective monitoring and management of our systems and processes leveraging accurate master data throughout the supply chain to facilitate best in class MRP execution.
Manage and measure relationships with source units.Manage and measure relationships with 3PL logistics partners; warehousing, freight (Domestic & Ocean), customs agents, freight forwarders etc.
Own the reporting and analysis of LCC (logistics cost conversion, CSL (Customer Service Level), Inventory and Supply Chain KPI’sOur successful candidate will have : A strong and proven knowledge of Supply Planning best practice systems and processSuitable tertiary qualification or APICSOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to both lead and be part of a teamExcellent computer literacy Experience with ERP / MRP systems requiredHigh attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-
