We are currently recruiting for a Service Excellence Executive to join our passionate, achievement focused team on a part time basis, working around 30 hours a week.
This role will be a key member of the NZ Service Centre whilst partnering the Waikato / BOP team to drive value growth and reduce customer effort.
In this role you will partner our customers to ensure that orders are received in full, on time and error free whilst minimising out of stocks.
All key service communications will land effectively with customers and issues resolved well within service levels.The person in this role will be driving for proactive issue resolution with a key purpose of taking any effort to do business with Lion out.
