Temporary, ContractWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts / Payroll Administrator to join a busy team based in Newmarket.
The key focus of your role will be assisting in the processing of a large weekly payroll, however you will also assist with AP and AR.
This is for a 6 months temp assignment commencing late March.The key deliverables of this role include : Assisting with the preparation and processing of weekly payrollLoading new starters and leavers and maintaining databasePreparing and reconciling paymentsPayroll reportingPreparing of IRD, Kiwisaver and ACC paymentsResponding to staff and manager payroll queriesProcessing of invoicesAccount reconciliationsAd hoc admin as requiredTo be successful in this position you will need : Previous Payroll & AP experienceAdvanced MYOB experience essentialAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft excelProblem solving skillsAccuracy and a good eye for detailGreat English communication skills written and verbalOn Offer : This is a great opportunity to join a small, close knit, friendly team.
