We’re on the search for a Team Lead to be an integral part of a cross-functional implementation engineering team and help some bright stars shine, in all situations.
This is done by understanding strengths, weaknesses and motivations of the team, identifying areas of growth within the team and providing feedback to facilitate this growth.
You’ll continually seek to improve the team as a whole through finding innovative ideas and solutions to challenges and will help the team realise their full potential.
This team provides the engineering necessary to bring solutions live and operates at a critical juncture between our development and services teams.
As a lynch-pin between your team and the wider business, you’ll interact with a variety of internal teams and stakeholders, including other Team Leaders, Product Owners, Development Directors and Principal Engineers so you’ll need to be a great communicator, collaborator and active listener.

As you started your career in software engineering, your leadership experience is based on a software knowledge foundation, understanding personalities, roles and outputs of a cross-functional development team.
Proven experience as a Leader will enable you to coach, motivate and develop people of all seniority levels, you’ll live and breathe leadership, and continually seek ways of improving yourself and those around you.
Experience leading a large, technical team in product environment is a definite bonus so is familiarity with CI / CD, API, Web Applications and Java technologies.
