We’re on the lookout for a creative, highly engaging, action-orientated individual to join our driven and innovative Marketing team as a Marketing Manager - Cards on a 6-month fixed-term basis.

This role is referred to internally as a Senior Campaigns Specialist. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing TSB’s campaign and customer lifecycle communications for our new credit cards across a mix of channels, with a focus on lead generation and new customer growth.

Working closely with the Head of Brand and other key stakeholders, your role involves identifying and creating targeted campaigns and communications with a clear emphasis on the customer experience, while actively supporting and contributing to the achievement of business outcomes including brand and customer measures.

To be successful in this role you’ll need an excellent background in customer acquisition and retention communications, as well as a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to collaborate across functions.

In line with this, you’ll have :

  • 5+ years’ experience working in a senior marketing or related role
  • A motivated positive outlook and one team approach
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related discipline
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within financial services and understanding of the industry would be advantageous
  • A systematic, one team mindset and the drive for continuous improvement
