Reporting to the Events Service Delivery Manager, this permanent part-time role is responsible for coordinating workforce and EHS resources nationally to ensure pre-committed events across New Zealand are resourced in a timely manner.
This role will also provide administrative support to ensure the Event Medic workforce database is maintained to reflect availability and qualifications of staff.
The role will involve : Develop ways of working to achieve national oversight of Event ResourcingInform Event Consultants and Senior Event Consultants of availability of resourcesProvide administrative support to Event Operations ManagersDevelop new communication channels to inform Event Medics of vacant event positions20 hours per week split between 4 or 5 days, some flexibility will be required.
We are looking for : Minimum of NCEA Level 2 or equivalentAt least 2 years roster / administration experienceA high level of computer literacy in Microsoft Suite of productsAbility to make judgments using your initiativeExperience with St John would be an advantageAbove all we are looking for a friendly team player with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with the team, customers and members across the organisation.
