About the opportunity
Our Debitsuccess team works with clients to increase their cash flow and improve collections, while saving them time and money.
We have been providing billing services for the Australian fitness industry since 2002 and New Zealand since 1994 and is now one of the largest full service Direct Debit initiators in Australasia, servicing a wide range of industries.
We have experienced dramatic growth since inception. We currently initiate over 22 million transactions annually, with a value in excess of $1 billion, billing for more than 1,500 businesses.
Reporting into VP of Software Development APAC , youll help us contribute to software projects in all aspects of system analysis, design, coordination, documentation, implementation, and testing.
Some of the other responsibilities youll have :
Analyse, design, coordinate, document, and undertake the development of software systems for assigned projects
Write, edit, and debug software for assigned projects
Contribute to analysis of software projects including performance, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
Work with staff and clients to identify opportunities for improvement of existing software projects and new software projects that will be of benefit to the organisation.
Provide feedback to staff and clients about performance considerations / usability issues concerning software specifications and implementation.
Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to diagnose and resolve software problems.
Qualifications
What would make me a good candidate?
3-5yrs experience with Microsoft .NET stack C# highly desired
Experience working in an Agile Environment
Version Control Systems preferably GIT or TFS
Experience in Ajax, Json, REST API, web services, JavaScript a plus
Experience with popular open source web development projects, such as JQuery, Bootstrap, AngularJS.
Advance understanding of .NET language, architecture and design standards.
Strong understanding of object-oriented development principles
SQL Server and scripting
