Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams. Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.

Collects data to identify root cause of problems. Measures performance against process requirements. Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.

Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.

Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. Communicates team progress. Performs cost and benefit analyses.

Working at NTT We are looking for an Asset & Configuration Analyst to join our team in central Auckland. This person will be the key resource for supporting one of our major clients.

Tracking their assets across the organisation - maintaining and managing stock spares and keeping their CMDB up to date.

The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail and understand the ITAM life cycle processes. This role will spend some of it’s time at the clients site working directly with key stakeholders to meet their delivery requirements.

This role requires you to : Manage stock movement for the client for End User Configuration Items. Follow the ITAM processes with a high attention to detail, accuracy, and quality data management Help facilitate stock movements though the field services teams - managing stock rooms and levels.

Interpret the stock movements and enter MACDs into the CMDB - keeping it up to date according to SLAs. Manage MACD requests for all additional non EUC devices - adding them to the CMDB when required and managing them through the ITAM lifecycle process.

Compiling reports for the client reflecting asset movements in the clients asset environment. Attend meetings with the client to discuss outcomes from the monthly reporting, and ad-hoc as required to address any client concerns.
