Your key responsibilities will be :
Lead the Deltek Vision ERP support team
Act as primary owner & guardian of the Vision application
Provide specialist technical advice and support for the Deltek Vision ERP system
Guide the strategic development and architecture road-map for the system and support services
Engage collaboratively with business and support teams to improve usability of our system, understand business requirements, and support effective business processes
Manage a portfolio of project work and enhancements applying effective project management processes and principles
Shape the development of Deltek capability across T+T, providing coaching and training as required (both application and business process)
Reporting and BI dashboard enhancement and maintenance
Governance - manage prioritisation and rationalisation of requested changes and enhancements
Vision workflow and stored procedure development, maintenance, and improvements
Represent T&T at Deltek Vision conferences and actively engage with other Vision users (through various user groups and online communities (LFUG, Australia & NZ User Group etc)
Facilitate integration of other business applications to Vision
Coordinate user maintenance (set-up, security access changes etc.)
Ensure operational changes are reflected in Vision as required
Liaise with external application support - SmartSoftware & Deltek
Manage associated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) (application and infrastructure)
Liaise closely with T&T Technology team to monitor activity that impacts Vision availability, stability, and accuracy
Oversee data maintenance and integrity
Ensure that all appropriate and affected users are involved in enhancement and configuration decisions and design
Research and identify future opportunities to use the software in more innovative and effective ways

About you :
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Have a relevant tertiary qualification and or / process modeling experience or qualification Excellent technical knowledge of Deltek Vision, with experience with current technologies suite (ideally including Tableau and BI dashboard reporting)
Able to create and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisors (SmartSoftware, Deltek)
Able to demonstrate project management experience / skills
Solutions driven and technologically savvy
Strong business acumen
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
Fast learner who can pick up new concepts and systems quickly
Ability to quickly develop an understanding of T&T's core operational business
Detail and process-oriented
Established networks and contacts in the Deltek Vision community will be an advantage
