We have an exciting opportunity for a newly created Clinical Lead role incorporating inpatients, outpatients and community for the Whakatāne dietitian team.
This is a full time permanent position.
We are looking for a New Zealand Registered Dietitian. You will have at least five years' experience working in clinical dietetics setting, with demonstrated expertise in enteral feeding (both adults and paediatrics) and have a special interest in paediatrics.
You will be skilled in providing a high level of dietetic care to outpatients and inpatients and have the ability to provide daily coordination of dietetic service provision in the Eastern Bay of Plenty.
You will be a clinical leader for a small team of dietitians based at Whakatāne hospital and be part of the wider clinical lead team with support from the dietetics professional lead for the BOPDHB.
Leadership support and training will be provided as well as regular professional development and collegial support.
You will have a current practising certificate and a full driver's licence (clean) and demonstrate success in working to a proficient level of skill both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
