How You’ll Shine

Our company’s vision is to put the world on vacation! As a Groundsperson / Maintenance Officer, you will perform all general facility maintenance under minimum supervision in a manner which ensures the preservation of optimum quality and efficient production.

Perform service requests and repairs as directed. Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed. Clean and inspect in building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.

Adhere to the company’s safety programs.

  • What You’ll Bring

    To be considered for this great opportunity it is essential that you have the following skills and attributes :

  • Demonstrated level of competence and technical experience in general resort property and grounds maintenance and repairs (including electrical, plumbing installations, building and pool maintenance)
  • Experience with Hotel / Resort refurbishment highly regarded
  • Current First Aid certificate and thorough understanding of basic Occupational Health & Safety principles and chemical handling
  • Results orientated, with strong time management and organisational skills and the ability to multitask and use initiative
  • Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and school and public holiday periods
  • Trade qualification desirable
  • Current drivers licence
