We have an exciting opportunity for two part-time Receptionists to join our busy team in Auckland. This is a permanent position at our Greenlane office, where you will work 3 days a week (24 hours per week), Monday to Friday (8 : 30 am to 5 pm) in a shared role capacity.
As a Receptionist at Healthvision NZ Ltd, you will act as a key interface between our visitors and the team. You will be responsible to provide excellent customer care to our visitors, greet them warmly on arrival, effectively manage incoming calls, data entry and other office administrative duties.
You will report to the Office Manager and your key responsibilities will include :
e., meeting rooms and kitchen, running errands, setting up conference video calls, arranging catering.
