  • We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Lead to join our Future Learning Solutions department.

    Our aim is to raise the achievement of learners and strengthen the capability of teachers, principals, and the education system.

  • This role will be pivotal in managing the budget and financial performance of our programmes. Delivering on time and with high levels of customer satisfaction the;
  • setting up of budgets for Proposals; ongoing budget management and journaling; annual budgeting and forecasting; monthly reviews and reporting;
  • management of accruals; providing financial analysis on an as required basis, supporting the day-to-day management of projects.

    Our teams at Future learning support a variety of programmes, this role will support the Specialist Te Reo Māori and Māori Medium and Pasifika educational services.

    To be successful in this role you will need :

  • Experience in managing the budget and financial performance of projects.
  • Experience working in teams that operate in Te Ao Māori or with a Pasifika lens
  • The ability to achieve financial targets by contributing to preparation of budgets and pro-actively monitoring financial plans and budgets for the portfolio.
  • Project management experience and programme co-ordination in a large and / or complex organisation
  • A track record in continuous improvement in financial and operational processes in a service-based organisation.
  • Excellent relationships building skills with the team and other stakeholders with the ability to communicate clearly and influentially.
  • Ability to develop and deliver client reports including operational delivery and financial updates.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, excellent organisational skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
