About the role
We have an exciting role, where you’ll join a stable and well-performing team and enjoy the variety and opportunities of working in a small and experienced team, within a large organisation.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a varied role that will see you working closely with your customers, who are made up of tradies, businesses and home-owners.
While most of your role will be driving and deliveries, you will still spend a fair amount of time in the branch, receiving and sorting incoming deliveries, and serving customers at the counter.
You’ll have the chance to learn our products, and this will give you the chance to progress in the branch, the business, and the organisation.
This is a permanent, fulltime role, working Mondays to Fridays with rostered shifts between 6.30am and 5pm. About you : To shine in this role, you’ll bring a customer-focussed attitude, strong work ethic and outgoing and honest manner to our business, and be prepared to work closely and flexibly with the rest of the team.
There is some manual handling required, and so you’ll need to be physically fit. A full, clean, class 1 drivers’ licence is essential, and a forklift licence would be a bonus!
