You'll be working in one of the most exciting call centre environments you can imagine. You will be an ambassador for our client , so a passion for technology and providing the best customer service is key to being successful in this role.

The role will involve providing user end support for all technical issues to customers in Asia Pacific. Our advisors are responsible for receiving in-

bound calls from customers regarding their electronic devices. You will deliver excellent customer service on every call while assisting customers with hardware and software issues.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate :

  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to multitask - while you talk on the phone and type, proficiently, concurrently
  • Feel comfortable learning technical concepts and explaining to customers in basic terms
  • Problem solving skills
  • Computer literacy and be comfortable with range of systems i.e. CRM, MS Office
  • Highly motivated and driven to achieve performance outcomes
  • Confident, ability to question, influence and persuade
  • Resilient and tenacious when faced with customer challenges
  • Comfortable working in a repetitive task role
  • Strong team orientation
