The purpose of this role is to support the Partners with proactive management of their customers. You will assist in maximising revenue opportunities and will be the first point of contact for the general day-to-day transactional, operational, loan and account maintenance requirements for customers.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop and manage a portfolio of customers. You will grow your skills in credit writing, portfolio risk monitoring, and dealing with all aspects of client requests.

Key responsibilities :

  • Analyse financial information and prepare proposals for lending requirements
  • Assist in the credit management
  • Identify new business and referral opportunities
  • Educate customers in using BNZ's Digital channels and associated helplines
  • Enhance the client experience by delivery of service that exceeds customer expectations
  • Ō Pūkenga About You

    We are ideally looking for someone with 2+ years experience in the Banking, Finance or similar profession.

    Essential skills required :

  • Understanding of business banking and credit risk management
  • Ability to handle time critical tasks with conflicting priorities and actively manage workloads
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with clients
  • A tertiary education in either Property, Finance, Banking or Accounting from a recognized institution is desirable
