Ngāi Tahu Holdings has a primary role in growing and protecting the tribal pūtea to support tribal aspirations. Ngāi Tahu Holdings has six subsidiaries namely Ngāi Tahu Property, Ngāi Tahu Seafood, Ngāi Tahu Tourism, Ngāi Tahu Farming, Ngāi Tahu Capital and Oha Honey.

We are looking for a proactive, passionate Workplace Analyst to join the team and make a real contribution to the work that we are doing to provide an integrated, online user experience across applications, devices and intranet.

You will have the ability to share your skills and experience with colleagues and deliver coaching and workshops for end users.

For the BIS team our core goals are to provide all our businesses with innovative solutions and timely access to high-quality, integrated systems and data.

Within this role lies the responsibility to be a technology and business enablement advocate, advising on best practice and looking to maximise process efficiencies or drive competitive advantage.

Do you have ?

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • A work ethic as a collaborative team player in an Agile / Scrum development environment
  • An ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders
  • An awareness and openness to embrace Ngāi Tahu values, tikanga and te reo Māori
  • Does your technical aptitude include ?

  • 3 years' experience in developing new and maintaining SharePoint functional sites
  • Experience in implementation and adoption of Microsoft Teams
  • Understanding of change control, revision control, document workflows
  • Ability to develop detailed project plans and work breakdown structures
  • In addition, you will apply initiative, be reliable, diligent, resilient and have the ability to work autonomously. In return you will be part of a dedicated, supportive and high performing team who take pride in providing excellent service and solution focus to your colleagues and manuhiri.
