Bendon is a much loved, iconic New Zealand company with a history dating back 72 years. We are unique in that we design, manufacture and sell our own products including Pleasure State, Heidi Klum Intimates, Fayreform, Lovable,Fredericks of Hollywoodand of course Bendon.

We have recently undertaken a review of our operating model and have made the decision to create one global head office back here in Auckland, New Zealand.

We are now recruiting 30 roles across Merchandise, Planning, Sourcing, Retail Operations, and Marketing.

The Customer Service Lead role is a 12 month fixed term contract, responsible for supporting the Australian and New Zealand Customer Service function through inbound and outbound customer service, supporting Bendon's e-Commerce and wholesale business.

Other Key Responsibilities :

  • Process customer phone orders and credit card payments as required whilst promoting the capabilities of our on-line store, respond to all general product enquiries from customers
  • Process all wholesale, special, promotional and staff orders
  • Track and communicate delivery windows and issues, manage and review order progress in NZ DC and delivery in AU & NZ
  • Facilitate online returns and exchanges by way of assessing all returned garments and engaging with the customer to exchange rather than return items
  • Process and despatch gift card orders daily
  • Manage all incoming customer calls and emails, including responding to stock on hand requests
  • Support eCommerce team to get products online, load promotions and discounts to our website
  • Merchandise various pages of the website using Magento and systems
  • Skills and Experience Sought :

  • 1-2 years experience in a customer service or sales support role
  • Focused on providing exceptional customer service
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a friendly disposition
  • Experience in a results-oriented environment
  • Ability to handle stress and deal with difficult customer complaints
  • Previous E-commerce role and experience using Magento is highly desirable
