Key responsibilities include :
Ensure quality outcomes, timely delivery of services and proactive management of emerging issues on the wind assets
Remote monitoring and condition assessment of wind asset performance data
Developing and implementing performance improvement initiatives
Asset management of key HV electrical systems
Engagement with OEMs and use of external contractor resource
Demonstrate relentless commitment to Health and Safety leadership
Support and drive continuous improvement of the Maintenance Programme
We are looking for :
Degree in Electrical Engineering, with suitable technical experience in wind assets desirable
People management, in particular managing a team of trade / technician staff
Ability to analyse complex condition monitoring data and derive clear outputs and initiatives
Maintenance management systems and tools
Knowledge in the wind energy, particularly related to asset management and operations
A self-starter who is keen to show initiative and lead out new ways of solving problems
