Commercial Broker Support Our client has a reputation for the delivery of expert insurance advice and solutions As a result of their continued growth and success they are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual for the role of Commercial Broker Support in their Wellington office To be successful in this role you will be have Commercial fire and general insurance experience Level 4 National Qualification or working towards it An excellent communicator who takes pride in their ability to deliver excellent service Strong IT skills particularly in Word and Excel Experienced in the commercial insurance market policies and legislation A highly motivated enthusiastic and keen individual seeking a long term career in the insurance industry Someone with excellent attention to detail and an eye for interpreting detailed policy documents A team player keen to pitch in and build strong working relationships A hard worker you will be motivated driven and thrive on working in an environment where your contribution will be valued and your successes will be celebrated This role will include supporting commercial brokers in all aspects of their role This will include but will not be limited to Supporting the broker team in the management of their portfolios by effective client query resolution and provision of insurance support in all key aspects of their work Resolution of client queries on domestic and commercial cover account queries Claims handling negotiating with insurers on behalf of the clients processing all documentation including invoices and statements as necessary Provide a second point of contact for clients when the brokers are unavailable Process renewals new business alterations and cancellations Liaise with insurers on commercial insurance matters i e renewals new business endorsements etc Assisting in managing and growing brokers portfolios adding value every step of the way Delivering excellent service in all interaction with clients insurers and suppliers If this sounds like a role where you believe you could add value and in return join a fun hardworking and dynamic team then we would love to hear from you Please apply via the link or for an informal chat about the role please contact Steph on 021 801 034 or steph townsend catchconsulting co nz Stephanie Townsendsteph townsend catchconsulting co nz021801034
