What You Will Do
The role of the Marketing Communications (MarCom) Graphic and / or Digital Designer is to produce, in conjunction with other team members, print and on-line materials for identified communications projects.
The position requires an experienced designer with the ability to communicate their creative ideas effectively and apply them to solve business problems.
You will be part of our collaborative team, working with our talented Art Directors, Designers, and Account Managers to :
Design marketing materials and illustrations for print and online
Edit graphics
Use existing templates, team processes and branding standards
Follow appropriate team standards and practices to prepare materials for production and on-line use
Creating new templates that adhere to branding standards
Keep up to date with print and design advancements
What Qualifications and Experience You Should Bring
It goes without saying that your creativity and eye for design will be prided amongst your top strengths. To be successful in this role you will have good file management practices, be flexible in response to feedback, and dedicated to meeting your customer's needs :
Advanced user of Adobe Creative Suite
Artistic and a good eye for color and composition
Advanced skills in design for print and / or digital media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
Experience in wireframing and prototyping for software development, iOS and Android, UX / UI design, HTML5 or video editing an advantage

Qualification in graphic and / or digital design, marketing
A portfolio that demonstrates a variety of design work
Flexible approach to working in a changing environment
Familiarity with GPS, GIS, or surveying systems is advantageous (though not specifically required)

Although this role does require individuals to work primarily onsite, we have flexibility in our team with regards to working hours and working from home.
