About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced human centered designer to come onboard and fill a newly created role delivering high value innovation products and services for our innovation customers.
Reporting to the Group Manager Innovation Skills, this role will initially have a strong focus on product market fit / market validation services, gathering deeper customer insights and then designing and deploying a modern solution (in the form of either an e-learning module, workshop or 1 : 1 engagement).
If you have 10+ years experience with real evidence of personally delivering and being accountable for deliverables through human / user-centred design, this is the role for you!About YouThe successful individual will also : Have the ability to work to an ambitious timeframe to deliver on scope, and within the allotted budgetWill be a self-starter with a design and customer focused approach to getting things doneWill be comfortable leading cross functional design sprints in an agile fashionHave previous experience working in a complex technical environmentBe a collaborative creative who is bold and not afraid to take risksIf you have previous experience working in an agile or lean environment this is advantageous.
