    Over 300 people from 10 different engineering disciplines work out of our Christchurch office, which has a depth of knowledge and exciting office culture that enables our people to play a huge role in the day to day life of people in Canterbury.

    We are looking for a Senior Associate Transport Engineer to join us and work with key clients in the civil infrastructure sector to deliver Transport projects, improving safety and network operations making a genuine impact across the country’s transport network.

    You will be making a direct contribution to the operation and safety of the transport network, through your ability to assess, evaluate, design, and deliver projects that make our transport environment safer and more sustainable.

We have a range of ongoing projects and clients including key national and local programs such as the Speed and Infrastructure Safety Programme with Waka Kotahi, Christchurch Major Cycle Routes for Christchurch City Council, and many others for you to get involved in.

    You'll have an affinity with client leadership and a passion for driving Beca's success. You’ll be an experienced client leader who excels in building relationships and turning opportunities into outcomes.

    You will have the natural ability to work with and influence a wide group of people across all levels of organisations and be someone who embraces challenges, promotes innovation and leads with a mindset of continual improvement.

    You are a Chartered Civil with a strong track record of delivering civil projects, experience in dealing with local authorities, commercial developments, and utility providers.
