    With any new opportunity or use of new technologies there are risks that will need to be understood and effectively managed.

    Our Cyber Specialists enable organisations to power growth, efficiencies and customer-centred services. We provide customisable managed security solutions, including assessments, advanced security event monitoring solutions, threat analytics, cyber threat management, and incident response to enable our clients to meet the increasing market demand for cybersecurity services.

    What will your typical day look like? At Deloitte, we bring together business know how and a deep understanding of cyber capabilities to deliver solutions that drive success and have impact in the marketplace.

    As a scrum master, you will be involved in the various SAFE ceremonies to drive the programmes of work that we have in place with our clients.

    You will be on site with the client to drive the team to hit sprint goals and help the team to deliver value to the client.

  • A strong ability to work with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • The ability to bring organisation and structure.
  • Is currently SAFE certified or willing to becoming SAFE certified.
  • A proven track record of driving outcomes.
  • Experience in the NZ government sector.
  • Experience in driving process, controls and risk reduction changes.
  • Project management skills.
  • Experience with the agile delivery methodology.
  • A passion for cyber and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to identify problems and resolve conflict.
  • Demonstrable capability to be self-managing and results focused.
  • Exceptional communication with the ability to work across a wide variety of engagements.
