About this opportunity :
This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience with leading and growing business divisions. This role will have a focus on our Redwolf and HCS (Security and BMS focus) business in New Zealand.
This role will be based in Wellington.
In this role you will be an integral member of the Leadership team. There will be important P&L responsibilities and you will enjoy a broad role encompassing business development and operational leadership whilst contributing to the delivery of the organisation’s strategy.
More specifically the role will involve :
Strategic Planning : planning and deploying strategies to achieve sustainable growth in business in tandem with overall corporation objectives and customer satisfaction.
Financial Excellence : leading the team members to achieve excellence in operations to achieve optimum profit and exceed customer satisfaction NPS.
Customer Satisfaction : leveraging customer feedback and relationships to align the HCS business to their needs and satisfaction levels.
Operational Excellence : developing and ensuring compliance to business processes to enable effective and productive operations.
People Leadership : Providing leadership for the overall HCS business and develops a high performing team.
Compliance : 100% compliance to Johnson Controls Safety Health & Environment Management System (SHEMS)
What we are looking for :
