Northcote, AucklandJob DescriptionJob DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity in the Omnichannel Fulfilment team for an experienced Fulfilment Development Manager.

Reporting to the GM Omnichannel Fulfilment your key objectives will be to input and lead the execution of the Omnichannel fulfilment strategy helping to develop structure, people, process and systems to support this.

Your experience driving change will allow you to provide your expertise and leadership of cross functional teams to deliver customer, business improvements and deliver the transformation road map to change customer service and cost to serve.

Your key responsibilities will be to : Drive and promote change management processes.Deliver market leading fulfilment capability across TWG.

Enhance fulfilment operations to deliver customer experience improvements.Input into the strategic plan and fulfilment road map to deliver success.

Lead fulfilment strategy implementation making sure alignment is achieved with Ecommerce strategy.Display strong stakeholder management and cross functional alignment internally and externally.

You will show clear communication and will remove roadblocks through positive relationships.Drive an engaged and performance driven culture by modelling the TWG Group values from the front.

QualificationsExperience and Qualifications : Ideally you will have 10 years of Logistics / fulfilment experience as well as 5+ years from within the Retail / Consumer industry.

You will have experience in strategic transformation / change management focusing on operational and customer facing improvementsYou will be able to demonstrate a strong commercial / analysis backgroundYou will have experience working in a fast-

paced and ever-changing environment.Experience from a matrix environment is highly beneficial.We are looking for a strong Logistics professional who has a passion for success and shows a commitment to their team and the business.
