Monday - Friday Fixed Term until June 2023
This position is responsible for the management and co-ordination of the Clinical Capital Programme and the implementation and management of multiple projects involving Clinical Assets and Equipment across Counties Manukau Health sites.
In this role, you will be responsible for the management and co-ordination of a number of concurrent clinical equipment capital projects, processes and activities, as part of CM Health’s Clinical Capital Programme.
You will lead and manage a number of projects form initiation to conclusion. You will use your skills to facilitate discussions and decision making processes involving various stakeholders by establishing and / or confirming the clinical need, clinical equipment requirements, interfaces with various services, etc.
with the goal to deliver and implement the best fit-for-purpose solution whilst remaining within budget.
You will be encouraged to use initiative and problem solving skills to develop innovative approaches to issues. You will be regularly challenged by a wide range of conflicting requirements, so your pragmatic problem solving and negotiation skills will come in handy.
There will be a requirement to be able to prioritise workload and negotiate time frames, while still providing a quality customer service.
The role will from time to time have demanding deadlines and a requirement to maintain a high level of accuracy and quality information.
