The Portfolio Architecture and Integration sit within the Technology group of Xero. Architects from the team are often embedded in a Product team where they become domain experts, guide the architecture of the solutions through close collaboration with the delivery teams and ensure the technical direction of the solutions supports the product strategy.
The team is globally distributed but has key hubs in Wellington, Auckland and Melbourne. There is a focus on professional development and growing the disciple of architecture within Xero.
The Role As the Product Architect, you will initially support the Insights team. Here you will be helping this relatively new team create products and continuously improve and scale those they already have.
You will work closely with Xero’s Data Science team as complex algorithms, machine learning and large datasets are the drivers behind the amazing Insights products.
These products thrive when fed with high quality data, so a key aspect of the role will be collaboration with other products teams that are the source of this data.
