As a result we have created a new Field Sales Executive role based out of Christchurch. This is a fantastic opportunity, ideally suited to someone looking to build on their experience working in grocery or FMCG.

As a Field Sales Executive , you'll be the face of Mondelez for a broad range of our supermarket customers. Ultimately you're there to support the stores to drive sales growth through the ranging and display of our products across a number of categories.
On a day-to-day basis you'll be managing your own journey plan, interacting with store managers and other key customers, and ensuring our promotional plans are executed to the highest standard.
We're looking for outstanding individuals : our future leaders; people who combine the ability to learn with a strong foundation in commercial awareness.
Ideally, you'll have a relevant degree and some experience in FMCG or the grocery industry. Great communication skills and the ability to develop effective relationships are a must.

The journey plan for this role involves one overnight stay per week in a location south of Christchurch.
as well as dedicated training days and access to our online Mondelez International University.
