The initial role will be establishing our base in Auckland and forming relationships with current clients, sourcing candidates, as the branch grows finding and employing consultants to assist with the running of the branch.
Within 6-12 months the goal would be to have one established branch in Auckland which you would oversee while setting up other locations in the Auckland area with the possibility of progressing to a regional role looking after our locations around the North Island.

What were looking for : An experienced Recruitment Consultant / Branch Manger that has great knowledge of the Auckland area and a current client base.
Proven ability to hit and exceed targets and goalsAbility to set up an office, grow a team at a rapid rate and develop a large client and candidate base.
