About the role : We're looking for a Business Support Manager to be the CFO and CPO's right hand, working to make sure we're getting the right things done as quickly as possible across our teams.

This creative and agile role is more than diary management; you will work directly on projects ranging from daily prioritization to major new initiatives across the entire business.

As the 'trusted counsel', this role requires resourcefulness, discretion and emotional intelligence.You'll spot gaps and opportunities we don't even know yet and you'll be excited by the fact that this role is what you make of it.

Key responsibilities : Actively managing demanding diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and anticipating / managing possible conflicts or issues.

Keeping abreast of the corporate EGM schedules and aligning priorities along with travel and event coordination, administration support of key reports, email and telephone management.

You'll be the glue connecting our teams on major projects, including coordination on goal setting and deadlines. You keep a pulse on the business, how projects are moving forward and help connect the dots across the company.

Build and maintain effective working relationships across the team and wider business to ensure the Business Support role delivers an excellent customer experience while representing and promoting the brand of leadership teams.

Join key our senior leadership meetings, setting agendas, coordinating logistics, taking detailed notes and ensuring there are clear action items and follow-up.

Working with Internal Communications to prepare and manage our business wide communications.Proactively identify issues that could impact success of projects or the CFO / CPO's commitments, i.

e. spot operational inefficiencies or determine communication gaps, making them visible to the CFO or CPO and proposing solutions.

Co-ordinate Team activities, large events and specific team projects.About you : At least five years' experience as a team assistant, office manager and / or executive assistant supporting multiple executives, working in a busy, customer focused environment.

Candidates with previous project coordination or event management will also be highly considered.The ability to prioritise, confidently push back and manage expectations.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail, excellent formatting and document management skills which will be essential for high quality proposal preparation.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office and keen to work with new technology and learn new skills.Your high levels of initiative and ability to always be 'one step ahead', in addition to a flexible style and exemplary customer focus will ensure you fit in.

As an experienced administrator, we expect you to be unflappable and resilient under pressure and display high levels of professionalism (yet don't take yourself too seriously)! Naturally, you'll enjoy building strong relationships both internally and externally and have excellent interpersonal skills.
