Established Compliance / Auto Repair Shop seeks an experienced Branch Operations Manager to front and grow their business based in Mt Wellington.

This is a new exciting role that you can make your own bringing fresh ideas which you will in turn benefit from!

The primary focus of the role is to grow and lead a well functioning team to the next level.

Key duties include :

  • Making quick and accurate decisions
  • Dealing with clients in a professional manner
  • Ensuring H&S processes and procedures are followed
  • Increasing customer base
  • Booking in vehicles - Fleet Servicing
  • Ensuring employees work load is managed in a timely fashion
  • Team management
  • To be successful in this role you will ideally meet the following criteria :

  • Have mechanical and compliance knowledge
  • Passionate about customer service
  • NZ Automotive industry knowledge
  • Able to easily relate to others and not afraid to give constructive feedback
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Current NZ Driver Licence
