What this opportunity involves :

The Concierge / Experience Ambassador plays a pivotal role in providing authentic service experiences that bonds the relationship between JLL, our client and their guests.

As the first point of contact at the Concierge they are responsible for welcoming employees and visitors with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services.

The Concierge / Experience Ambassador will maintain smooth operations by providing client, visitor, and administrative support, and execution of duties to the highest standards.

Here's a snapshot of what will keep you busy :

  • Meet and greet clients and guide through the sign in process
  • Liaise with facilities to ensure support for after-hours functions
  • Ensure conference rooms are cleared promptly and kept in a pristine condition and room set-ups are in place for training, meetings, etc.
  • Assist the Guest Experience Lead with general admin tasks on reception
  • Collect and / or receive courier deliveries, receipting in register and contacting relevant staff
  • Handle internal & external calls and correspondence
  • Work alongside the PA’s to manage events for the Auckland office, as well as liaising with Wellington Concierge for NZ wide events

    You’ll ideally have experience within a professional environment and bring your strong Customer Service to JLL.

    You will be willing to learn and have a can do’ attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities. You will be well-presented and well-spoken, and easily build good rapport with stakeholders of all levels.

    You must be able to manage conflicting priorities and apply holistic approaches for long-term solutions, while complying with the firm’s procedures and standards.
