This is an exciting opportunity to bring your wealth of experience to our Finance team. You’ll work closely with the Chief Financial Officer putting your technical expertise to good use and provide critical analysis.
You will anticipate needs in advance and proactively manage and prioritise workflow. This role offers the opportunity to get involved in things as wide and varied as negotiating a commercial lease to major land purchases and everything in between.

You will be working within a great team providing executive level support to governance and operations. It’s a supportive team environment with flexibility of working across Kerikeri, Kaikohe and at home depending on requirements.

Being the Property Officer is an ideal opportunity for someone who is self-aware, excellent communication skills, and is meticulous about planning.
Ideally degree qualified, your business savvy and street smarts will be backed by strong experience. You need to be agile, smart and have a bold approach to your work.

The salary for this role is Grade 16 within Council's salary structure ($76.130 - $89,564) dependent on qualifications and experience, plus Kiwi Saver.
