Reporting tothe Retail Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to maximise theefficiency of the stock to floor processes.

Job details :

Leadand assist the team in clearing the floor in inwards

Ensurethe team use appropriate and accurate locating processes on technology

Allocateduties to team members to maximise efficiencies

Createand maintain rosters in conjunction with Retail Manager

Ensuremerchandising standards are maintained promoting Full, Clean and Tidy

Assistin inductions, performance reviews and training of team members

To besuccessful you will :

Bevery physically fit there will be prolonged heavy lifting, standing, palletjack and ladder use

Leadby example with a positive can do’ attitude, promoting our fantastic teamculture

Havestrong communication skills

Beable to get on with different types of people

Havestrong organisation skills

Beflexible and adaptable

Havethe ability to gain a forklift licence (ie / have a full drivers licence)

Astrong understanding and adherence to Health and Safety

Ableto work Monday to Friday 11.30-8pm
