    Hello Claims requires a Claims Specialist to join the team. This position will invite you into our fast-growing, exciting and dynamic culture.

    This role is varied and responsibilities will include :

  • Ensure the administration of the claim prior to assessment is completed accurately and in a timely matter for the assessors.
  • Answer inbound calls and action accordingly
  • Proactively manage outbound calls for clients
  • Provide emergency assistance when and where required
  • Liaise with assessor’s follow-up assessment reports and assessing enquiries
  • Manage a shared inbox and action required tasks daily
  • Liaise directly with repairers for updates throughout the claim’s lifecycle
  • Liaise with Clients on any claims awaiting approval
  • Log claims for Clients in the Hello Claims system
  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures to assist in mitigating risk
  • Support other key stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle
  • Investigate and respond to any client issues accordingly
  • Skills & Experience :

  • 2 years previous experience in claims administration
  • Experienced and comfortable in communicating over the phone
  • High attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Personable and approachable
  • Ability to build rapport with external parties
  • A strong and positive work ethic
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills with innovative solutions
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment
