Kitchen Sales Consultant / Designer

Our top-performing kitchen department showcases the latest in kitchen design technology and our busy department is expanding both in retail and trade.

We are looking for an enthusiastic salesperson to join the team. This role gives you an opportunity to use your flair to design and sell our kitchen range, helping our customers in all aspects of their kitchen makeover.

Whether it is helping design their new kitchen or select the right flat-pack options, along with the right kitchen appliances to suit their needs.

Working in this department means really listening to our customers’ requirements and presenting the right solutions.

Building relationships, inspiring, and creating someone’s dream, along with the follow-through will be critical to success.

This role requires someone who loves the sales and sales support, not just design aspects.

For this position we are looking for someone who has :

Previous experience within this department will be viewed very favourably, along with your ability to draft accurate CAD designs in accordance with the customer’s needs.

Also be aware, this is a very busy department so you will need the ability to remain cool under pressure and be able to think on your feet.

You will also need to be fit and energetic as reasonably heavy lifting of stock is sometimes required.

There is some flexibility to the roster, but as a retail business, the hours will include one weekend day per week.
