In this newly created position, you'll be tasked with raising Change Management capability, while managing your own change projects to keep yourself connected to the business.

You'll guide the ongoing development of our Change Management Capability Strategy - the roadmap to how we will transform the way change is delivered across the organisation.

We have the framework and toolkit in place, but it will be your role to embed it and evolve it towards full maturity. You'll establish a consultancy model providing Change Management leadership to ensure the successful delivery of change across NZ Post's change portfolio.

You'll partner with the business in a consultative way - engaging and influencing to ensure the best strategies are designed and implemented to maximise the realisation of benefits and minimise impact of change to the business.

We're interested in the breadth and scale of your Change Management experience. We want to see complexity, high dollar value, organisation-

wide impact and expertise in all facets of change. You have owned change from end to end, via a structured, strategic approach.

You have influenced stakeholders at executive level and managed multiple streams of activity.You create trusted relationships, you walk the change-

talk, and leave a sprinkling of awesomeness after every interaction. At times you'll need to stand firm to achieve best practice change, so at times people won't like what you're saying, but they should always walk away feeling like their voice has been heard.

You'll be a walking advertisement for change management in a world that is still buying into the value of what we do, lifting business awareness and capability in adopting Change Management practices.

This is a high impact, high visibility role where you can truly make your mark on NZ Post. You'll join our supportive change management team, with an inclusive culture, that takes pride in our reputation and the work we do.
