About the opportunity

Forte Health Directors are responsible for setting the strategy and overall direction of the business and hold management accountable for the implementation of that strategy.

This role needs an innovative and persuasive director who knows how to identify, assess and effect change. Is this you?

About you

To be successful as a Director at Forte Health, you will have experience in mergers and acquisitions and may have had experience as Chair to a Board.

You will know what it takes to govern and manage change in a dynamic business with multiple varied stakeholders. As a Director at Forte Health you will also;

have the ability to shape strategic direction and bring a long-term sustainability perspective

contribute to quality governance, support open debate, diversity, thoughtful challenge and constructive dissent

be able to hold management to account through informed astute effective and independent oversight

ensure purpose and strategy are understood and articulated by management

set risk appetite for the entity and oversee / monitor risk management
